Paolo Pironi joins Programmatic Solutions Provider, MightyHive, as Managing Director, EMEA Sales.  

MightyHive is a programmatic solutions partner that helps organisations build their own programmatic media expertise in-house. Founded in 2012, the business was established to help brands and agencies find the solutions to some of the fundamental shifts in advertising; enabling marketers to understand and utilize new advertising technologies, helping them take control of their media-buying and creative design and unlock their first-party data to build sustainable competitive advantage.

The company had grown rapidly and were looking to launch in EMEA, seeking an MD of Sales to drive revenue on the continent as well as in the UK. In line with this requirement, Erevena searched specifically for candidates with second language fluency that could build strong relationships with new customers in multiple territories.

Paolo joins from Adbrain, where he served as the VP of Global Enterprise Sales. Prior to this, Paolo spent 5 years at Google, initially in Italy and then in London as an Account Director for DoubleClick. Paolo holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
